My goal is to provide insights and cover topics that help life make a little more sense and help empower those who may need a little guidance or a reminder that the mountains we face may very well be molehills if we change our perspective a little. Life truly is like a heartbeat filled with peaks, valleys and plateaus but just like a heartbeat its proof that you are alive and you have agency.
